The image of Fr. Liam on the homepage of this feature was taken in Millstreet in April of 2013 when it was Fr. Liam who administered the Sacrament of Confirmation that year in Millstreet. We are very grateful to have received the following images which focus not only on Fr. Liam as a True Gentleman and such an Excellent Priest but also as a wonderful Sportsman. (S.R.)

A lovely send off for Fr. Liam Comer @ St. Brendan’s Tce Ardfert. Lisa O’Halloran and Donal leen sang Fr Comers favourite song while played by Katie Roche:
I was a good friend who lives in Oskaloosa Iowa usa. We were on a sabbatical together at Sangre New Mexico in l991, I came to visit him twice and He came to visit me once in Iowa.
The spirit of Liam got my attention. I think that he wanted me to know that he is now at peace. I will continue to offer my Mass prayers for Liam.
Peace,,,, Fr. Tom Spiegel
