We thank Eileen who lives close to the River Blackwater for providing us with splendid images regarding the construction of the Boeing Bridge ("Áth an Mhuilinn").
We thank Eileen who lives close to the River Blackwater for providing us with splendid images regarding the ongoing construction of the Boeing Bridge (“Áth an Mhuilinn”).   Despite a number of recent challenging floods in the River progress on the impressive construction has been very evident with great credit to John D. Buckley and his wonderfully dedicated Team.  Eileen appreciates the very kind cooperation received in recording the historic development and has been mindful of the importance of health and safety during the current project.  We share just a small selection of the many pictures Eileen has made available to us.   Click on the images to enlarge.  (S.R.)
