Millstreet Parent and Toddler Group – Toddler’s Graduation

 On Tuesday June 19th the Parent and Toddler Group had their graduation for the toddlers who are leaving to commence playschool in September.

All the children looked splendid in their cap and gowns.   Thank you to everyone who attended and good luck to all the children who are

taking the next big step in their lives. We would also like to wish the new committee members the very best of luck when they reopen again in September.

Millstreet Parent and Toddler group supports charities

On May 15th a fun run was held around the Town Park with the the older toddlers while the younger ones held their own fun run indoors in aid of Barnardos and on May 22nd  an ice cream morning in aid of Down syndrome Ireland was held. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to these worthy causes and we will be giving a donation to both charities. (Carmel Walsh)

Santa Arrives at Parent and Toddler Party

On December 20th Santa arrived to the Parent and Toddler Party much to the delight of the children in the G.A.A. Hall. Great morning was had by all which included face painting and spot prizes. Many thanks to Billy Sheehan of the Wallis Arms Hotel, Joanne of Centra and our friends from Aubane Community Centre who all contributed to the morning. We, the committee members, would like to wish parents, grandparents and childminders a very Happy Christmas and we hope to see you all in the New Year when we return on Tuesday, January 10th 2012. Millstreet Parent and Toddler Group halloween party

Millstreet Parent and Toddler Group held their annual fancy dress halloween party Tuesday morning October 25th.

Many thanks to all  the children who looked fabulous in their wonderful costumes and thank you to everyone who helped to make it a great success.

An enjoyable morning was had by all.

Millstreet Parent and Toddler Group

The proceeds of €300 from the recent sponsered buggy push around the Millstreet Town Park organised by the Parent and Toddler Group was handed over to nurses Sheila and Mary of the Neo Natal Ward at Cork University Hospital by group members Gillian and Annmarie.
