The Kanturk Rugby Club u18.5s headed to Musgrave Park early Sunday morning to take on Youghal RFC in the final of the Boys Clubs U18.5 Bowl. A cracker of a game from both teams with the Kanturk boys coming out on top.
Final score Kanturk 29 Youghal 14.

U 14 Munster shield championship
Local girl Isabelle O’Keeffe with her team mates from the U14 Kanturk Rugby Club who made History for their club by winning the u 14 Munster shield championship at the weekend.
There were also lucky enough to go to the international women’s match in Musgrave Park on Sunday & meet the Irish players.
Kanturk Rugby Club
Local girls Niamh, Katie and Isabelle were lucky enough to travel with Kanturk Rugby Club to watch the international rugby match last night in Energia stadium. The U12 girls got to play at half time and all the girls from the club got to do the guard of honour which was a huge privilege unfortunately luck was not on Ireland’s side but they had an amazing time at the match. Kanturk ladies rugby club is always looking for new members and everyone is welcome.
