CROWLEY TO PLAY FOR THE CORK MINORS

Young 17 year old Kevin Crowley has been selected to play for the Cork minor football team, against Clare this Wednesday April 13th in Pairc ui Rinn throw in at 7.30pm.
He will be lining out at wing back, it has been a while since Millstreet produced a player like Kevin.
We wish him all the best for Wednesday night and the future.

Fondest greetings dear listeners and I wish you all the very best on this  lovely fine sunny Spring Morning.

All of our dreams came true here over the weekend with the outstanding success of our first ever Walking Festival. We are so fortunate to have such brilliant scenery literally on our doorstep. This was a feature that was remarked on over and over during the weekend. And not least by walker supreme Mr. Tom Scriven, who was guest speaker at the official opening on Friday night. The launch being carried out by our new TD, Aine Collins. Thanks to the impeccable planning by our organising committee, everything went according to plan. The Good Lord blessed their efforts with fine weather, and throughout the two day event just under 500 people of all ages and from all walks of life, scaled our mountains, walked on our moors and wallowed in the beauty that surrounded them.
