The first set of results (26th May – 8th June) from the Cork Inter-Town Litter Challenge 2011 have come to Millstreet Tidy Town Committee. Millstreet scored a very good 90 points, and lie in second position behind Charleville (92 points), and ahead of Blarney, Bantry, Bandon, Kinsale, Macroom, and Ballincollig. The challenge is ongoing and judging will finish on July 7th, so please get out and pick up any bits of rubbish you see lying around if we are to come out on top this year.
