Millstreet Celtic 7 Glenthorn 3

We beat Glenthorn 7-3 at home this morning to register our first points of the season. We got off to flyer with a goal after just 3 mins. Paul Dawson flicked a header into the path of the onrushing Barry Lawlor whose first time strike found the back of the net. Both teams had chances after that but it was Glenthorn who got the equaliser after 20 mins. We got back into our stride after that and took the lead again in the 35th min. Michael Murphy got free down the left and, after his shot was saved, Tadhg Collins was on hand to slot home the rebound.
