The Cork 20 Rally will be passing near Millstreet this Sunday morning. First thing on Sunday morning (6:30am the cars will be starting the Mullaghanish stage which will finish near the main Millstreet / Macroom road. The cars then progress to another stage around Mushera. Both stages will be repeated before the rally moves on to Fuhiry and Kilnamatra.

The death has occurred on Thursday, September 29, 2011 of Dan MULCAHY of Annagloor, Millstreet. Reposing at Tarrant’s Funeral Home, Millstreet this Friday evening from 5.30pm with removal at 8pm to St Patrick’s Church. Requiem Mass tomorrow, Saturday morning, at 9.30am, followed by cremation at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co Cork. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Marymount Hospice.
