Over the past few days much praise has been accorded to Millstreet Town Park Committee on coordinating the magnificent tarmacadam finish on the various pathways near the Children's Playground. This area looks so very neat and tidy. Great credit is due to All who have brought about all these great improvements.

Genealogy: Buckley Family Reunion

On 5 October from 10 to noon I will be hosting a reunion for the extended family of Denis and Ellen Walsh Buckley from Knocknakilla/Millstreet. Michael married Ellen Kelliher about1875. My next door neighbor in Boston is Mary Kelliher whose grandfather would have been Thomas Kelliher born 1864 in Millstreet, Mary’s cousin would be John O’Leary from Millstreet currently – trying to see if there is a family connection.ANY RELATIONS TO ANY OF THE ABOVE ARE WELCOME PLEASE BRING ANY FAMILY PHOTOS AND STORIES. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON ATTENDING PLEASE CONTACT ME OR BERTIE BUCKLEY 02958827 SO THAT WE CAN GET A HEADCOUNT. GOOD LUCK TO CORK AGAINST CLARE !!!!!! – from Jack Buckley <email>
