New Season of Local Television Begins in Mid-November 2013
LTV returns to the airwaves shortly. The first transmission of LTV Macroom is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, 13th Nov. at 9.30 pm…and on every Wednesday for the season. LTV Millstreet returns on Thursday, 14th Nov. at 10.00 pm….and on every Thursday for this new season as well as hopefully appearing online. We thank LTV Founder, Dan Joe Kelleher for broadcasting the weekly programmes. Sunday Special – a religious programme – will be broadcast every Sunday at 5.30 pm and a repeat of the Wednesday programme every Sunday at 6.30pm and the Thursday programme every Sunday at 8.00 pm. Work to provide better reception in the Rylane, Duhallow and Sliabh Luachra areas is presently proceeding. Updates on how to receive the reception will appear shortly as the frequencies have changed. Watch this space for important updates closer to the beginning of live transmissions. (S.R.)

William Fitzgerald is presently coordinating the online live broadcast of the superb Michael Commins Show live from the Salthill Hotel just now. Annmarie O’Riordan appeared on stage earlier and presented magnificent renditions of some wonderfully popular songs which Annmarie has made so famous.
