This is Holy Week, a very important week in our Church Calendar. Last Sunday was Palm Sunday and Palms were blessed at all Masses. The custom is to have Blessed Palm displayed in every home where it will protect all who live there from harm, in the year ahead.
Please take note of the changes in the times for the Eucharistic Adoration this week. There will be no Adoration in Cullen on Thursday April 2nd or Thursday April 9th. In Millstreet Eucharistic Adoration will be at the usual time on Tuesday 10.30 am to 10.30 pm but on Wednesday April 1st. it’s from 10.30 am to 8.30pm.
In preparation for Easter, Penitential Service will be held in Millstreet Church on Wednesday April 1st from 7.30 to 8.30pm. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed for that hour and visiting priests will available for confessions. [read more …] “Regional Report 1259 – 31st March 2015”
