Table Quiz for Lourdes volunteers – thank you!

The table quiz that took place in the Wallis Arms on Friday 5th February was a great success.  The purpose of the event was to raise funds to help cover the travel accommodation costs of four 5th year students from Millstreet Community School who’ll be going to Lourdes as helpers at Easter with the Irish Pilgrimage Trust.  Special thanks go to the management and staff of the Wallis Arms, John Tarrant for providing the questions for an excellent quiz, the staff of Millstreet Community School and all those who attended.  A total of €1372.50 was raised from the night.  Thank you!
