On this Ash Wednesday we’re also celebrating St. Valentine’s Day 2018. To experience the special day in Millstreet we visit St. Patrick’s Church, Herlihy’s Centra (where Pancake Day 2018 was especially marked by a wonderful fundraiser for “Cork’s Penny Dinners” on Shrove Tuesday), O’Keeffe’s Supervalu and Pat’s Minor Row Hair Salon window – we share images from all these venues. Killian Wears His Millstreet G.A.A. Jersey in Sydney, Australia

Missing Jack Russell Dog Back Home Again
“Scout” is a male Jack Russell pet dog who had last been seen in the Aunagloor area of Millstreet on Wednesday (7th Feb. 2018). He is brown and white and is between 6 and 7 years old. He loves getting drives on tractors. We are so delighted to report that Scout is now back home to the joy of his dedicated Owner. Sincere thanks to All who very kindly responded to our request to help find the pet dog . (S.R.)
