Millstreet Vintage Club Presentation to CART Group in Carriganima

A Great Night was had last night at The Pub in Carriganima where Millstreet Vintage Club Members made a presentation to CART Carriganima of €1,177.50 proceeds from the Charity Tractor Run the Club ran last September to go towards their running costs for the Area Rural Bus Service. The Club are delighted to be associated once again this year with such a worthy cause, many thanks to CART Carriganima and the Pub Carriganima for the hospitality that we were given last night in Carriganima, and Millstreet Vintage Club look forward to working with this great group again in 2020. “Where the Road Takes Me” at 7 this Evening on C103

This Sunday evening on C103, John Greene brings you another edition of ‘Where the road takes me’, as he returns to the Lough in Cork City’s Southside.

It’s the second and concluding programme which outlines the life and times of one of Cork’s best known entertainers Billa O’Connell. 

This week we hear Billa’s favourite songs and stories, and his time as entertainment manager at one of Cork’s famous hotels.

We hear about his decision to book Hollywood actor, boxer and singer, the gorgeous Gael himself Jack Doyle.
