Ursula Manley, The Square

Manley, Ursula (née Gleeson). The Square, Millstreet and formerly of The Highlands, Glounthaune.
Died peacefully at home in the presence of her heartbroken daughter Clara and son-in -law Tim. Beloved wife of the late Mr. O (Anthony) and dear mother of Denis (Dublin), Maura & Brian Daly (Carrigaline) and Freda & Finbarr Creed (Ballingeary). Sister to the late Billy, Noel & Jack and sister-in-law to Peggy Gleeson (Midleton). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Sean, Conor, Niamh, Mhichil, Anthony, Matthew, Mark & Luke, nieces & nephews as well as her extended family and friends. May Ursula rest in peace.

A private family funeral will take place at 2pm Saturday 12th Dec in St Patrick’s church Millstreet followed by the burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Millstreet Meals on Wheels service

The Millstreet Meals on Wheels service is available for anyone who needs it. All food is prepared in Millstreet Day Centre & we operate the service 5 days a week. You can order a hot dinner for as many days as you like, delivered to your door from Mon-Fri for just €6 a day for the main meal & €2 for dessert.

 

A variety of meals are served throughout the week and the staff will endeavour to facilitate individual tastes when preparing meals. Please see our menu for next week below.

Seamus Murphy, Ballydaly

The death has occurred of Seamus Murphy, Ballydaly, Millstreet, Co. Cork. Seamus passed away peacefully on 8th of December 2020. Dear son of the late Jim and Mary Anne and brother of the late Timmie, Patsy, Dennie and Johnny. Sadly missed by his cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends. May he Rest in Peace. [rip]

Due to government guidelines, a private family Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday at 11 am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Ballydaly and burial afterwards in Cullen Cemetery. Messages of Sympathy can be left on the RIP Condolence Page.
