“Where the Road Takes Me” at 7pm this Sunday on C103

We thank Presenter, John Greene for advance information on this Sunday evening’s programme – 27th Dec. 2020 at 7pm on C103.  (S.R.)

The 2015 movie The Revenant, was known for more than its storyline,  with several actors and crew leaving the set because of the gruelling conditions,  the demands of its director and running unnecessarily over budget.

Playing the part of a grizzly bear protecting her cubs, the ferocity and horror of his attack on Di Caprio, made it the most talked about film piece of the year.  Questions were also asked if the bear had molested Di Caprio.

This week on Where the road takes me, Glenn Ennis talks to John Greene about how this gruelling scene was done,  the dangers of stuntwork and  – Tom Cruise – the only actor who does his own stunts. [read more …] ““Where the Road Takes Me” at 7pm this Sunday on C103″
