Acknowledgement and First Anniversary
As we lovingly remember Dad on his first anniversary, we, his family wish to acknowledge and express our sincere gratitude for the sympathy and kindness shown to us and to Mam.
A special thanks to our wonderful neighbours, relatives and friends who supported us at this difficult time and to all who travelled long distances to be with us to share in our grief. The numerous messages of condolence and cards we received, have been a huge consolation to us all and are greatly appreciated.
To Nora & Mary, who cared so lovingly for Mam & Dad at home, we extend our heartfelt thanks.
We would like to thank Dr. Michael Casey, SouthDoc, the staff of Mallow General Hospital, the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork, and Millstreet Community Hospital for their care of Dad.
We are forever grateful to Millstreet Day Care Centre where he so enjoyed the company and the craic.
We are deeply indebted to Elaine Reardon PHN, Bina from the Marymount Hospice support team & our Daffodil nurse, Breeda Dundon for their exceptional care during Dad ‘s final days.
A special thank you to Canon John Fitzgerald PP for his visits to Dad and for celebrating his funeral Mass; to Sharon and Julie for their guidance and to Jerry Doody & Hannah Tarrant for enhancing the ceremony with their beautiful music.
To Davy, Cora & all at Tarrant Undertakers, we are most grateful for their professional and personal touch.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our thanks and appreciation, The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
Frank’s First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 6th February, at 6.30 p.m. online from St. Patrick’s Church, Millstreet.
