Next Broadcast of “Radio Treasures” on Tuesday 22nd Feb. 2022
As a special mark of respect to our DJ Maureen Henry on the recent sad departure of her dear son Jonathan our live programmes will not resume on Cork Music Station until this coming Saturday, 19th Feb. 2022. Tonight’s “Radio Treasures” is deferred until next Tuesday, 22nd Feb. at 9.30 to 11.30pm. Our sincere sympathy and prayers are with the Henry and Leneghan Families at this very challenging time. May Jonathan rest in peace. (S.R.)

A Fond St. Valentine greeting dear friends as I look out on a bright and sunny day, but with a little sting in the tail by way of an icy wind and cloudy horizons. I’ll start by thanking all the lovely people who took the trouble to contact me both in person or on the web. To compliment me on last week’s report. It was great to learn that the account of my dad’s passing touched so many and brought back memories to others including members of the Pomeroy Family. It is so uplifting for me when I hear that you enjoy what I do, gives me the incentive to keep going and once again proving that nice feeling that we are all one.
