IRD Duhallow is conducting a survey of the quality of life, sense of place, local amenities and facilities. The findings will help local community groups to formulate their plans for their community and will feed into the strategy for the region. We are very busy preparing for the turning on of our Christmas lights this Sunday December 4th @ 6.00PM.
Following a difficult few years for everyone, we now have a particularly challenging time funding this years Christmas Display.
We are seeking support from any member of our community both near and far. Your donations will allow us to light up our beautiful town and fund the official turning on of the lights to enable us create a magical atmosphere for all the little ones. A big Thank You to all who have already kindly donated at our Church gate collection and our local businesses who have already responded to our letters. We are very grateful for all your kind contributions particularly in these challenging times.
