Dan Barrett – Acknowledgement and First Anniversary

Acknowledgement and First Anniversary

In Loving Memory of Dan Barrett

Who died on 4th April 2023

As we lovingly remember Dan on his first anniversary, we, his family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those, who helped and supported us with our sad loss.

A special word of thanks to all who attended the funeral, travelled long distances to be with us, as well as those who joined the Mass online.

Our sincere thanks to all those who offered condolences, brought food to the house, sent mass cards, perpetual enrolments, letters of sympathy, phone calls, text messages, floral tributes, kind words and extended condolences online.

We are especially grateful to all our neighbours for the wonderful send-off he got in his beloved Aubane.

We would like to thank Canon John Fitzgerald, Fr James McSweeney & Fr Teddy Linehan for the beautiful Requiem Mass and Sharon Lane & Julie Brady for their assistance.

A special thanks to Mary and Siobhán Forde and their families for providing such beautiful music.

We would also like to thank Davy Tarrant, Declan Brady and Cora O’ Riordan for their kindness and professionalism.

As we cannot thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our gratitude. The Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Dan’s Anniversary Mass will take place on Thursday 4th April at 7.30pm in St Patrick’s Church, Millstreet.

“Will those who think of Dan today, a little prayer to Jesus say.”

May he rest in peace
