28th April, 2021 – Áine Collins, CPA, has been appointed as the 49th President and the 5th female President of CPA Ireland, one of Ireland’s leading accountancy bodies that represents over 5,000 members and students.

As the only female Fine Gael TD south of Dublin, Áine Collins was interviewed on “The Week in Politics” last night on RTÉ1 (Sunday 18th January).
The topic was the introduction of gender quotas in Dáil Éireann.

Cork Foundation inaugural dinner raises much needed funds to give Cork the edge
Speaking in advance of the inaugural Cork Foundation Founders’ Dinner, which was held last Friday (November 15th) at the Rochestown Park Hotel in Cork, Fine Gael Cork North West Deputy, Áine Collins, who is responsible for the establishment of the Foundation, said the work of the organisation is instrumental in supporting small and medium sized local businesses and social enterprise initiatives.
