Last Night Friday November 18th at The Pub in Carriganima saw Millstreet Vintage Club make a Presentation to CART Carriganima a sum Total of €2336 which was the proceeds from the Clubs Charity Tractor Run that was ran on Oct 16th last to go towards the running of the CART Area Rural Bus Service based out of Carriganima,the amount of Money raised from the Event is a vital ingredient in keeping this important Service up and Running and will help in some way to keep the wheels in motion for a Service that is available to both the Community of Carriganima and a Wider Area beyond for Transport to Events like weekly Shopping Trips to Macroom and other Social Activities /Trips as required,
Millstreet Vintage Club Member Danny Lane who headed up the Running of the Charity Tractor Run paid Tribute on the Night to Everyone who made this Event the success that it was and wished CART the very best for the Future.
Millstreet Vintage Club are once again delighted to be associated with such a worthy Cause and the Club wish to thank CART Carriganima and all Associated with them

Millstreet Vintage Club are holding a Cars Coffee and Chat Event on Sunday September 25th at the Car Park of Super Valu in Boherbue Eircode (P51 X2FW) from 10am to 2pm.
All Vintage/Classic/Modified Cars Bikes Vans etc are very Welcome to come along and the General Public are encouraged as well to come along for a look as there promises to be some nice Vehicles
on Display.
Entry to the Event is Free and there will also be Spot Prizes to be Won on the Day as well.

Millstreet Vintage Club have had a busy Season so far this Year with 3 very successful Car Runs after taking place along with 2 very well supported Tractor Runs as well,we have 2 more Events planned for later in the Season with our Autumn Car Run which is in aid of Alzheimers Society of Ireland taking place on Sunday September 4th and then on Sunday October 16th we are holding the Annual CART Carriganima Tractor Run based out of Carriganima,if you want anymore information on the Car Run you can Contact Luke Hurley on 086 8805437 and for information on the Tractor Run you can give Danny Lane a Call on 087 2213848.

Millstreet Vintage Club and CART Carriganima wish to Thank Everyone for the Fantastic Support Today out there on what was there Biggest Ever Tractor Run to date,the Weather was superb with Crisp Autumn Sunshine greeting the 104 Tractors that took to the Road and conveyed through what was a lovely Scenic Route which wound its way back to the finish at The Pub in Carriganima where some Refreshments and a Fantastic BBQ were enjoyed by all,Event Clerk of the Course Danny Lane would like to thank all the Hardworking Marshals for keeping the Event Run so Smoothly,to Seanie Kelleher and Noel Kelleher on Bike Marshal Duty,also Thanks to Mick Duggan and his Co-Pilot Willie Fitzgerald for leading the Tractors out on the Road and keeping the Run progress so smoothly,to the Crew at Sign On many thanks for a great job,to Christy Ring Tractor Garage thanks for the continued support,to Dolly Ring and to Sean and Matt and Crew at The Pub in Carriganima for the Catering and Hospitality,to Peter Lane for keeping us all Entertained on Return to The Pub in Carriganima and to the Media and Photographers for covering the Event thanks very much for your help and again many thanks from CART Carriganima and Millstreet Vintage Club for the great turn out and Support from the Public on the day,it is very much appreciated.

To all our Club Members and Friends we hope you are all keeping well in these sometimes difficult and challenging times we are living in,because of the still ongoing Current Covid 19 Situation and all the uncertainty that it brings in trying to organise Events/Gatherings etc and most importantly in the Interest of Health and Safety for all Millsteet Vintage Club Members,Friends and the General Public the following Club Activities will not be taking place,these are as follows,

These decisions were not taken lightly on what should be a great Year of 10th Anniversary Celebrations for Millstreet Vintage Club and we apologise to all our Club Members and Supporters for this but Safety is our Number 1 priority for Everybody and we look forward to getting back on the Road with Club Activities in the very near Future,Take Care and Stay Safe Everyone.
A Great Night was had last night at The Pub in Carriganima where Millstreet Vintage Club Members made a presentation to CART Carriganima of €1,177.50 proceeds from the Charity Tractor Run the Club ran last September to go towards their running costs for the Area Rural Bus Service. The Club are delighted to be associated once again this year with such a worthy cause, many thanks to CART Carriganima and the Pub Carriganima for the hospitality that we were given last night in Carriganima, and Millstreet Vintage Club look forward to working with this great group again in 2020. A Presentation will be made to CART Carriganima following the Recent Millstreet Vintage Club Tractor Run at The Pub in Carriganima on next Saturday Night Nov 9th at 9pm, Everybody Welcome.
Millstreet Vintage Club and CART Carriganima wish to thank everyone for there support on the Tractor Run on Sunday last,the weather was mostly ok on the day and some 56 Tractors took to the road and conveyed through what was a lovely New Route which included going through picturesque Drishane before it made its way back to the finish at The Pub in Carriganima some 17 miles later where some Refreshments were enjoyed by all,thanks to all the Marshals,Seanie Kelleher on Bike Marshal Duty, An Garda Siochana and to Mick Duggan for leading the Tractors out on the Road and keeping the Run progress so smoothly,to the Crew at Sign on thanks again for a great job,to Christy Ring thanks for the continued support,to the Duggan Family for the use of the beautiful Grounds of Drishane,to Dolly Ring and the Crew at The Pub in Carriganima for the Catering,to the Media and Photographers thanks very much for your help special mention must go out to our Friends in Ballinagree Vintage Club for there invaluable help today,and again many thanks from CART Carriganima and Millstreet Vintage Club for the great turn out and support on the day,it is very much appreciated.

A big thanks to the Millstreet Vintage Club on presenting the €1,300.99 proceeds of their Autumn Tractor Run to the Carriganima based CART Rural Transport Service Bus. Perfect weather conditions added to the enjoyment of the day, close on 70 tractors took to the road over scenic terrain to Moll Carthys Bridge for a short halt before returning to Carriganima Pub for a Barbeque and refreshments.
Co-inciding with the formal presentation was a Coffee Evening and a heat of the Millstreet Community Council Talent Competition.
Meanwhile Millstreet Vintage Club Celebration of 100 Years of Ford in Ireland reaches a climax on this Sunday with a History of the Ford Motor Company and Ford Family Film Show in the Wallis Arms Hotel starting at 3 pm.
On the progamme are interesting guest speakers and patrons are welcome to bring along their Vintage / Classic Ford Vehicle and park their prized possessions outside the Hotel in the Town Square in Millstreet.
