NEW START DATE – Starting Tuesday 12th November at 7:30pm in Dromtarriffe Sports Hall. This will run for 6 weeks with limited places available. Open to Teens & Adults. Places MUST be booked in advance. No walk ins. Perfect way to get in shape with this complete body workout striking pads and shields. Cardio , Core & Tone and learning how to protect yourself at the same time. A MINIMUM of Ten people needed in order to run course.
