Road to Killarney to Close for two weeks

Kerry County Council have issued a notice to close the N72 National Secondary Road between Barraduff and Rathmore, from 8:00am on next Monday 17th May 2021 to 5:00pm Monday 31st May 2021 (two weeks).

The diversion to Killarney from Millstreet will be through Macroom, so what is normally 33kms from Millstreet to Killarney, now becomes ~63km each way. Traffic goin from Mallow to Killarney on the N72 will also be diverted through Millstreet, so expect increased traffic in town for the two weeks.

Kilmeedy to Ballydaly Road Closures

Road Closures: Kilmeedy Bridge to Croohig’s Cross Roads – ESB Works
Monday 25th August to Sunday 5th October 2014 (24 Hours Each Day)

Roads to be Closed: The L-5223-0 from its junction with the R582 at Kilmeedy Bridge to its junction with the L-5224-21 at Kilmeedy West. The L-5172-0 from its junction with the L-5224-21 at Kilmeedy West to its junction with the L-1130-27 at Croohig’s Cross Roads. Road Numbers L-5223-0 and L-5172-0.

Monday 29th September to Sunday 12th October 2014 (24 Hours Each Day)

Road to be Closed: The L-5171-0 from its junction with the L-1130-27 at Croohig’s Cross Roads to its junction with the R582 at Ballydaly Cross Roads. Road Number L-5171-0.
