Remembering Sr. Nora Corkery

Following the celebration of the Funeral Mass of Sr. Nora Corkery in St. Patrick’s Church, Millstreet on this Thursday, 5th May 2022 many of Sr. Nora’s School Pals from Presentation N.S. and Secondary School assembled recalling very special happy memories from their schools days together.  Here we meet three of those wonderful School Pals.  Tap on the images to enlarge.  (S.R.)

Ted Dineen of Cork and Millstreet indicates that Steve Collins is scheduled to visit Millstreet on the afternoon of Friday, 19th Nov. 2021 when it is envisaged that a royal welcome will be accorded to the great Boxer who gained his World Championship here in Millstreet in March 1995.
