Annual Family Walk Remembering Tim Dennehy
Members of the Dennehy Family took part in their annual walk today following Mass in memory of the late Tim Dennehy of Cork and Murphy’s Terrace, Millstreet. Click on the images to enlarge. (S.R.)

To the DENNEHY FAMILY of Millstreet : Is your family related to mine? My great grandparents were Daniel Dennehy Born about 1837 and his wife, Johanna Hegarty Born about 1851. My grandparents were Jeremiah Dennehy Born 2/27/1869 and Julia Lehane Dennehy Born 8/18/ 1868. They lived @ Mill Road Millstreet. My father, James Born 2/17/1903 Died 10/5/1962. The other children were Daniel, Jeremiah, Denis A. , and a daughter Johanna who died @ a young age. James, Jeremiah, and Daniel emigrated to Boston and Denis remained in Millstreet. Mary Hackett has been a great help in searching for my Dennehy / Lehane “Roots” but I would like to know if some other Dennehys are part of my family. I would love to hear from you.
