The National Dairy Show focuses on showcasing the best of the agriculture industry in Ireland and as part of these efforts, an Artisan Food Village was launched last year to celebrate our food producers and it is great news that the Village is to make a welcome return for this year’s event, indeed “food grown with passion always tastes better,” says David, “it is great to be able promote our local Artisan producers”.
“As Show Director, I would like to extend a Céad mile Fáilte to David and all food village exhibitors and hope your trip to Millstreet will be both enjoyable and rewarding”, John Kirby, Director of the National Dairy Show said at the recent Press Launch for the Show and this year sees several award-winningproducers including UMMERA Smokehouse, Rosscarbery Recipes, Master Craft Butcher Pat O’Leary, Hyde Whiskey, Rosscarbery Fish Deli, Clonakilty Food Company and many more on the day.
