v      LA CHÉILE MILLSTREET fundraising art exhibition opening Thursday 14^th October at 7.15p.m. by Senator Dan Boyle in O’Driscolls, The Square, Millstreet. Continues on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

v      BREASTCHECK will soon be offering free breast X-rays to women aged 50-64 years living in Cork/Kerry border (Millstreet, Rathmore, Ballyvourney and surrounding areas).  Women are invited to attend the BreastCheck mobile unit, on the grounds of the Malton Hotel, Killarney for their free mammogram.

This month’s Millstreet Gramophone Circle’s presentation which takes place on this Friday, 15th October 2010 at 8.15 p.m. in the Canon O’Donovan Centre, Clara Road is by Peter O’Regan, Kilmurry.   All are very welcome.
