WORLD MEETING OF FAMILIES – FINAL MASS

Tickets for the Final Mass in The Phoenix Park will be available online from Monday 25^th June (www.worldmeeting2018.ie)

Ticketing is a two-step process: Registration opening 25^th June and print tickets at a later date. It is a free event and will involve a 3-5km walk each way due to the transport routes in place for this event. People needing special assistance will need a copy of a medical certificate at the time of booking)

Community Notices

• PRIMARY SCHOOL SPORTS will be taking place on next Monday (18^th June) in Millstreet Town Park between 10.30 & 1.30p.m.

• DRINK TEA FOR MND: Coffee/Tea morning in Millstreet GAA Hall on next Thursday 21^st June in aid of Motor Neurone Disease between 9.30 & 12.30p.m.

• SUPERVALU composting information day on next Thursday (21^st) from 3.00-5.00p.m. The emphasis of the evening is on the 3 r’s: reduce, recycle & reuse.

• MILLSTREET GRAMOPHONE CIRCLE will meet in the Millstreet Day Care Centre on Friday 22^nd June at 8.15p.m. for the final programme until September. This month’s presenter: Joe Kennelly of Inniscarra & Millstreet. All welcome.

• CULLEN FEIS – FEIS LAITIARAIN: Sunday 24^th June. Competitions commence as 12 noon (ceol, amhranaiocht, teangan, rince seite). Sports at 3.00p.m.

• THANK YOU: The Burke & McCarthy families wish to thank the collectors and everyone who contributed to the collection for The Courtmacsherry Lifeboats last weekend. The total collected €1,687.00.

• OPEN GARDEN: Sunday 24^th June in the home of Gertie & Maurice O’Donoghue, Carrignavar. Open between 2.00 & 6.00p.m. in aid of Marymount Hospice.
