The faithful who visit a cemetery and pray for the dead between 1st & 8th November may gain a Plenary Indulgence applicable only to the Holy Souls.
Thought for the week: A man sat in the winter sun for warmth – the sun being the poncho of the poor. He had placed the open Bible on his lap. A stranger came by and asked. What are you reading? ”I cannot read, I am blind – but I keep the Bible open that I may hear a word from God…”
