The walk up Clara is featured in The Times newspaper today. It’s a nice article and describes visiting the Cilín, the route up, the views from the top, and the burial of the priest on top. But what about the photo in the article, because that’s not Clara!

The writing is elaborate and informative. But, what a faux-pas to attach a photo of a mountain that was NOT the subject of the article. The Times, no less! Has the venerable paper been informed?
You are indeed correct Anne. The article was originally written in 2011, and appeared in the Irish Independent. I guess they wanted to put a photo with the piece, and picked a stock photo. It’s not a bad resemblance though.
