DIOCESE OF KERRY: Over the past 18 months significant work was invested at Parish & Diocesan level into the preparation for the World meetings of Families and the visit of Pope Francis. To celebrate this occasion a Diocesan newsletter entitled “Diocese of Kerry & the World Meeting of Families: Where to from here?” has been produced. There are a number of limited copies at the back of each church and it can be downloaded from www.dioceseofkerry.ie

• CULLEN & DISTRICT SPECIAL NEEDS: Annual sponsored weigh-in continues every Monday night.

• SET-DANCING will resume in Ballydaly Hall on Wednesday 16^th January at 8.30p.m. to 10.00p.m. Everyone welcome.

• MILLSTRETE LIBRARY: “Nutrition for Children in the 21^st Century” a talk by Dietitian, Niamh O’Connor (RD MINDI), in Millstreet Library on Thursday 17^th January at 11.00a.m. This event is free & all are welcome.

• MILLSTREET GRAMOPHONE CIRCLE’S presentation will take place on Friday 18^th January at 8.15p.m. in The Canon O’Donovan Centre. Guest presenter is Eithne O’Keeffe, Boherbue. All welcome.

• FUNDRAISING CONCERT on Saturday 19^th January, 2019, in the Riverside Park Hotel, Macroom. Concert will feature Patrick O’Sullivan & Hugo Duncan. Concert is in aid of “Walk while you can, Fr. Tony Coote, and the support of research & care in the fight against Motor Neurone Disease”. • MILLSTREET VINTAGE CLUB will hold a Coffee morning in the Wallis Arms Hotel on Sunday 20^th January between 11.00 & 3.00p.m. in aid of Cork Simon Community.

• “COME & SEE” Vocation afternoon on 9^th February between 2.00 & 4.30p.m. at the Poor Clare Monastery, College Road, Cork.
