BREEN (Sisters of the Infant Jesus, St.Josephs, Model Farm Road, Cork & late of The Square, Castletownbere, Co.Cork). On April 4th, 2020, peacefully, Sr. ANN I.J, loving sister of P.V and the late Moira and Colm and sister-in-law of Kay, Eileen and the late Richard.
Sadly missed by her Religious Community and family, brother, sisters-in-law, adoring nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, kind neighbours and many friends. [rip]
Sr. Ann’s funeral has taken place privately, due to the H.S.E guidelines regarding public gatherings. She is buried at Drishane Cemetery. We thank you for your prayers for Sr Kathleen Day and Sr Ann Breen. Both of them were in their late 80s and for us, they have both lived a full life with great generosity, courage and faith. For them, it is a celebration of life, a life well lived for God and for the people they serve with love and passion. Parting and the loss of someone we love is always hard but we believe that when our journey on this earth is completed, we return to our God, who truly loves us and welcomes us home. [ijs].
