“Where the Road Takes Me” at 7pm this Sunday on C103

Between 1959 and 1979 the three Williamson brothers along with Victor Sullivan, plied their trade as the Bluebell Quartet around the dance-halls of Cork and Kerry mainly.  Sadly, both Eddie and Harry Williamson are since deceased. 

This week on Where the road takes me, Victor Sullivan and Willy Williamson join John Greene on a whirlwind virtual tour of their favourite venues and recall the stories associated with them. 

Being attacked by a mad cat, saving the occupants of a house and the house itself from a fire, and the night everybody seemed to be dancing without their clothes on, are stories up for discussion.
