Tuesdays 10.30am to 10.45am.

Thursdays 5.45pm to 6.15pm.

Saturdays 8.45am to 9.15am.

If a later time is required too be weighed in. This can be arranged.

Now available online appointments & weigh ins now available. Weigh ins via WhatsApp messenger (only) on Fridays 8am to 10am.
