COVID UPDATE
Following the lifting of restrictions for religious services, Churches have now returned to 100% capacity and our booking system has finished. I would ask that you note the following measures which are retaining:
- Face coverings must be worn at all religious services
- Continue to sanitise as you enter and leave our Churches
- Collection buckets will remain at the doors of Churches for Masses
- We ask that you continue to social distance for the distribution of Holy Communion.
- Holy Communion to be received in your hand only.
- We will continue to use the one-way system for entering and separate doors for exiting.
- Holy Water fonts will remain unused until further notice
As some of our Parishioners may not be comfortable returning to weekend Mass, the dispensation from attending Mass on Sundays and Holy days of obligation remains in place.
I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has assisted us in our Churches during the past 20 months – including: the arranging of seats, cleaning of seats, sanitising of our Churches and the service of our ushers. Thank you to each and every one of you in keeping our parishioners safe. We will retain ushers for the next few weeks, to ensure people feel comfortable and safe.
