Acknowledgement and First Anniversary

On Gretta’s first anniversary Denis, Anna Rose, Sean, Aaron, the O’Sullivan and Healy families would like to thank everyone who sympathised with us and who attended the house and funeral Mass.

We would like to thank Fr Martin, Fr Kevin and Canon John Fitzgerald who celebrated the Mass.  We also would like to thank Canon John for calling to Gretta during her last weeks at home.

Thank you to Sharon Lane in the Parish Centre and to Julie in the Church.

Thank you to Davy, Cora and Declan of Tarrant’s Funeral for all their help.

Thank you to everyone who managed the traffic at the house and everyone who served tea and brought food.

A special thank you to the Killarney Gospel choir who sang at her mass in which she was a member.

Thank you to Dr Christine, Seamus O’Reilly, Eileen Kennedy and the nurses in the oncology unit at the South Infirmary.

Thank you to Mags Allen, the doctors and nurses in Cork University Hospital.

Thank you to Marymount Hospice and the nurses that came to the house.

Thank you to the Daffodil nurses, Karina and Rebecca.

It would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as our sincere appreciation.  The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Anniversary Mass for Gretta will take place in St Patrick’s Church, Millstreet at 6.15 pm, Saturday 21st October 2023.
