Harry Linehan recently participated in the Dublin City Marathon with a truly fantastic finishing time considering that it was his first ever Marathon. Harry competed for CUH charity to honour his dad and raise funds for the oncology services at CUH. Harry is now a student nurse in UCC & CUH following in his dad’s footsteps. “It was a very emotional day for us all in Dublin and Harry’s fundraiser has now hit €5,177.00 which is absolutely amazing” writes Harry’s mother, Gillian. Harry is absolutely thrilled with himself having completed the marathon and more importantly been able to fundraise for such a worthy service that offered John such great care during his illness.
