v MILLSTREET HILL WALKING WEEK-END : In preparation for next week-end there will be a clean-up of the town on Tuesday evening. Meeting at the Square at 7.00p.m. Assistance from organisations and individuals would be welcome.

v MILLSTREET COMMUNITY SCHOOL Transition year students present a Spring-Summer Fashion Show on Thursday 7th April in the School’s sports hall at 8.00p.m. Proceeds to: Headway (Brain Injury Service); R.N. v MILLSTREET PIPE BAND : Many thanks to you all for your support & good wishes on our 60th Anniversary.

v MILLSTREET FEILE CHEOIL : Sunday 17th April in the Community School starting at 12.30.

v NETWORK GATHERING : Wednesday 6th April in John Paul II Pastoral Centre, Killarney from 7.30p.m.-9.30p.m. Dr. Sarah Barry will be in attendance. Purpose of meeting to acknowledge and celebrate the work being carried out in the Diocese of organisations and groups involved in reaching out to those who experience exclusion, injustice or are in need of support.

v “Teen Spirit on Nationwide” the story of Teen Spirit will be covered on Nationwide Wednesday 6th April on RTE 1.

v CULLEN PIPE BAND : The committee would like to thank everyone who contributed to the very successful cake sale held on March 13th.

v COPE : Thanks to all for your generosity at the recent Church gate collection. Amount collected €1,802.00

v MILLSTREET VINTAGE FAMILY FUN DAY on Easter Sunday 24th April in the Green Glens Arena.

v The painting of the interior of the Church which is the final phase of the restoration

work will commence on Monday 4th April. We hope there will be as little inconvenience as possible for church-goers during the painting.

Happy Mother’s Day to all Mothers

We wish to stop and think of our “Mothers” this weekend.

We pray for them and simply say “thank you” for being our Mother .
