Acknowledgment & 1st Anniversary
We, David’s family, would like to thank everyone that supported us during David’s Funeral. We would like to thank the First Responders and work colleagues who attended to David that day. We would like to thank our family, neighbours and friends who called to the house during the time we had David at home. We would like to thank people who sent Mass cards. We would like to thank Fr. Jack for the lovely Funeral Mass, David Tarrant Undertakers for the kindness and professionalism and Siobhan Burke for the lovely singing at the Church. While it’s impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.
It does not take a special day,
To bring you back to mind,
A day without a thought of you,
Is impossible to find.
Today we light a candle,
And say a special prayer,
We take a trip down memory lane,
And know that you are there.
This is your anniversary,
You would not want a fuss,
Just to be remembered,
And a prayer from all of us.
It is not what we write today,
It is not what we say,
It’s how your family feel today.
We think of you today,
We think of you in silence,
We talk about you too,
We have some great memories,
But we wish we still had you.
David’s first anniversary Mass will be celebrated in Dromagh Church on Sunday, 2nd February at 10 o’clock.
Sadly missed by his wife Mary, sons Dylan, Dean and Stephen his sisters Gillian and Kerry, his grand-daughters Hayley and Adeline, daughter-in-law to be Ciara and extended family.
