County U21 Hurling Final

The County U21 A Hurling Final, the last County Championship Final of 2011, takes place on Sunday, November 20th at 6pm in Páirc Uí Rinn. Duhallow, winners in 2009 and runners-up in 2010, play East Cork Champions Midleton in Sunday’s decider, which has all the ingredients for a classic encounter. Best of luck to the Millstreet trio on the team – Mark Ellis, Michael Vaughan and Dave McCaul. Midleton are hot favourites for the title. What has been your biggest disappointment? Losing the Munster U21 Final against Limerick 2011

Best hurling memory outside of playing: Going to all the Clare games during there hurling renaissance in the nineties and the Cork-Waterford rivalary throughout the last decade

Favourite sport other than Hurling: Gaelic Football

Describe your typical training week: Train on pitch two or three times a week, gym session and match at the weekend

Best book read or film seen: Gladiator

Best concert or gig you’ve ever attended: Oxegen 2009

When I was a child I wanted to be: Professional soccer player!

How do you relax away from sport? Watch a movie, listen to music and spend time with friends.

Person that you would most like to meet: Lance Armstrong

What does your club mean to you? Your club is everything, nothing beats training and winning with the people you grew up with.

Marooned on a desert island what could you not do without? A boat!

In ten years time I hope to be: Happy, healthy and weighed down with All-Ireland medals
