What must be regarded as a true milestone for the newly established Cork Music Station (developed by William and John Fitzgerald, Cullen) – the highly prestigious Annual “Hot Country” Awards Ceremony (see poster uploaded on April 26 for full details) will be broadcast live from Monasterevin on this evening, Wednesday from 8.00 p.m. by Cork Music Station. Very special thanks to Hugh O’Brien of Cork (with Kilcorney roots) who produces the ever popular “Hot Country” weekly programme on Sky 201 – for according this honour to Cork Music Station. Two of the Awards on the night will be presented by CMS’s William Fitzgerald. A number of DJs from CMS will be in Monasterevin on the night and they will comment on proceedings as well as conduct a number of interviews with some of the galaxy of Country & Western Stars who will be attending this very significant annual event.
