Requests for Prayer & Special Intentions – A box & slips of papers for these intentions can be found at the back of the Church. This box will be placed on the altar so that people attending can pray for them.

PARISH FINANCE COMMITTEE meeting Monday night (18th) at 8.30p.m.

DIOCESE OF KERRY LENTEN TALKS 2013:  The year of faith is an opportunity for us as Catholics to turn back to Jesus and enter into a deeper relationship with him.  To celebrate the Year of Faith, the Diocese of Kerry is hosting a series of Lenten Talks on the theme of Faith Today.  Full details of each talk are in a leaflet at the back of each Church.  Talks commence next Tuesday (19th) in the Dromhall Hotel, Killarney at 8.00p.m. presented by Fr. Michael Drumm and is entitled: “Living as a Christian today

DAY OF PRAYER: to celebrate the Year of Faith on Friday 22nd February in St. Brendan’s Church, Tralee.  Adoration at 12 noon. Confessions between 3.30 & 4.30p.m.  Rosary at 4.00p.m. followed by Mass at 5.00p.m.  Talk after Mass by Marija of Medjugorje.

v      CULLEN NATIONAL SCHOOL enrolment and registration forms for new pupils September 2013 may be collected from the school office between Monday 25th Feb and Friday 1st March.

v      MILLSTREET COMMUNITY SCHOOL:  Thank you to all those who supported the IHCPT cake sale last weekend.  Total raised: €392.70.

v      MILLSTREET ACTIVE RETIRED ASSOCIATION will present “A night of Interior Design Appreciation” by Townhouse Interiors on Wed 27th February at 7.30p.m. in the Canon O’Donovan Centre.

v      PUBLIC MEETING on Health & Related Issues will be held in the Wallis Arms on Thursday 21st Feb at 8.00p.m.  Billy Kelleher T.D. and spokesperson on health will be guest speaker on the night.  All welcome.

v      IRD DUHALLOW will hold an information seminar on the following issue on Tuesday 26th February at 7.30p.m. “Disability Financial Talk”. Registration essential.

v      THANK YOU to all who supported the recent Church Gate Collection for the Cork Mental Health Foundation. Total collected €990.
