Class Descriptions

All classes suitable for both Men and Women and we will find a suitable class for all fitness levels

12 Week Weight Loss : A combination of both diet and exercise will be the most beneficial and if you want to succeed you need to commit to the long term. After the initial induction into the program, each participant will be health screened and assessed. This includes recording your starting out body weight, circumference measurements, body fat percentage, and optional picture profiling. For this 12 week course we will review your progress, check your nutritional diaries on a weekly basis and schedule your weekly weigh in’s, body fat checks and measurements to ensure you keep on track. You will also be taking part in one weekly group training session.

Spin: A spinning workout is an excellent way to burn calories, build muscle tone and increase cardio endurance. It’s a low impact exercise which relieves stress, risk of injury and the tempo can be adjusted to suit individual needs.

Spin & Tone: This class gives a combination of the advantages of a spin class with the added benefit of toning exercises.

20:20:20: This fast paced and varied class is a great workout. It incorporates 20 minutes of 3 exercises so you get a full body workout. 20 minutes Spin, 20 minutes Tone and 20 minutes Boxercise/Fitball or other fast paced workout.

Circuits: This class includes a mixture of body conditioning & resistance training designed to tone and strengthen the body in a 12 station circuit format. This class give a good Cardio workout.

Fitball & Abbs: Fitball is a great way to tone your body especially paying attention to the core region. This class will improve your posture, balance and strengthen your core muscles as well as defining your abbs.

Pump & Sculpt: This class strengthens and tones your entire body with the use of weights. This is a great class for both girls & guys and gives and excellent workout designed to give an overall toned look,

Pilates: Separate Men’s and Ladies Classes on Wednesday evenings. Pilates focuses on stretching & strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and Posture as well as toning the entire body.

    Any of the classes in the Loft would help in different ways. Spinning and Circuits for fitness levels, pilates for strength, flexibility and prevention of injuries and Abbs & Core or Pump & Tone for strengthening different areas. The best thing to do would be to contact our trainer Pat on 087 6856930 and speak to him about what class would best suit your daughters needs. Nicola
