The gates of Presentation National School will open in two weeks for the start of the new school year, but they are already full of colour in support of former student Mark Ellis who plays at centre back for Cork Hurlers this weekend in the All Ireland Semi Final against Tipperary, and for teacher Mary Hickey who is the Kerry Rose at the Rose of Tralee this week. The very best of luck to both.
The Rose of Tralee Festival runs from August 15th to 19th. The International Rose of Tralee Selection is on at 8pm on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th, and will be live on RTÉ1 TV, and also streamed worldwide on the RTÉ Player.
All Ireland SHC Semi: Cork v Tipperary, in Croke Park, on Sunday 17th @3:30pm and will be live on RTÉ 2 TV, and on radio too.
