Dear Member,

Welcome to our new golfing year, below are the main points from our AGM held on the 28^th of January.

Competition Change	To try and re-generate interest in the society it was decided to do away with team competitions and have 4 single competitions at the courses listed below.It was also decided to have a golfer of the Year and the overall winner from the 4 competitions will receive The John Cronin Memorial Trophy.
Competition Entry	Again we appeal to people when entering competitions can you please pay the entry fee on entry, collection of money is becoming a big job at outings and the committee have enough to do without this extra job.
Sponsors	Sponsors were again thanked for their support in 2009 and we look forward to their continued support in 2010. Due to the current economic climate sponsorship of an outing has been reduced to €100 , this includes free golf on the day.
Membership	Membership for 2010 is €20. Please fill in the attached form and return with money before the 26th of February to the address below,only paid up members will be contacted for outings.

For those who paid for the canceled Christmas outing do not have to pay the membership and the balance of money owed will be credited to their first outing. This year we will continue to offer the option of being contacted by e mail. If you wish to be  contacted by e mail, please fill in  your e mail address in the attached form. Entry forms for outings will be attached to e mails.
