Once in a Red Moon Over Millstreet!

Considering that this celestial phenomenon will not occur again until 2033 I felt it was important to record the happening on Tuesday morning (28th Seot. 2015) when a total eclipse of the moon occured giving a special red appearance of the moon. When I began recording at 2.00 a.m. it was a full very bright moon. Gradually the eclipse progressed until it was total by around 3.45 a.m.. Click on the images to enlarge. (S.R.)
