Charity Cycle in Aid of C.U.M.H Neonatal Unit – Cycle Run to arrive in Millstreet today (Sat. 8th Oct.) from Ballincollig. Millstreet GAA Community Hall will be the venue for refreshments for the dedicated Cyclists participating in the fundraising event. We shall have the Hall available to the inspiring people from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.and later if wished.
From the official website: “Cork’s Little Heroes (formerly Ballincollig’s Little Heroes) is holding its annual charity cycle on 08 October 2016 from the Ballincollig Rugby Club followed by a barbeque, entertainment and prizes on the night. We are thrilled to announce that our charity is in its third year and to date we have raised €7,179.30.
Our last two years we raised the money for specific children in need of our help. For 2016 we are raising money for all of Cork’s Little Hero’s within the CUMH neonatal unit.”
“A Presentation will take place at The Pub in Carriganima of €2,100.00 raised in our recent Carriganima Run/Walk for Millstreet and Macroom Hospitals Tonight Oct 8th @8pm where Cheques of 1,050 Euro will be presented to each Hospital. All Welcome and light refreshments will be served on the Night.
